This is a nice looking umbrella. The fabric is thick and the metal part seems sturdy. The crank function is easy to use and it seems like it will last a long time, although I can’t yet speak of the longevity. I removed a star because the base seems flimsy and has to be reinforced with bags filled with sand. I like a cleaner look of a heavy-duty base that is made of concrete or a base that can be filled with water. I’d still recommend but I would just have preferred a different base.. Janel. These chairs are fantastic! They are extremely comfortable and one of our favorite features is how quickly they dry after rain. Most of the time they’re dry almost instantly, and if not, a quick wipe with a towel is all it takes. Cleanup is effortless, and they look great on our patio.
