I searched extensively for a non-wood product that actually looked like real wood and was substantial. This is it. Installation was a breeze if you’re handy with a drill and saw. We used our old 3x3 mail post (with the mailbox support removed) and this post slid right over it. Saved us the step of having to sink a new post into cement, which was huge. This post gets screwed to the underlying support post so it’s completely stable when finished. Can’t recommend it enough.. Tina. New York, NY. Mon Feb 24 2025

Very nice pole and it is very sturdy. The top piece was not attached. Bought the Arcitectura Mailbox too which was missing 2 bolts. Contacted customer service and the agent was most curt and unkind in her correspondence and told me it was attached to the base. It wasn’t and said they don’t keep additional pieces on hand - bolts, nuts, washers!! Was not pleased with her unsupportive , uncaring, very poor attitude!!. Marypat. Monterey, TN. Tue Dec 16 2025

Wow. For $700, not impressed. Doesn't come with instructions (at all). Also the light they sent is black, so doesn't even match the rustic antique bronze post and mailbox.... the concept was great, but end result for what you paid.. I'm not happy at all. On the directions, how is the best way to mount pole in ground, dig hole? How deep, should you sleeve it or concrete it in? How far down.. things like that. Again, the light not matching the post , no directions.... for the price. This is an EPIC fail.. Britanie. Smithville, TX. Sun Aug 18 2024
