I'm so disappointed! When I tried to take the chairs out of the box it kept resisting so I turned the box over and the bottom chair had all four legs sticking out! I pulled the bottom chair out and didn't even have to unwrap the chair because the first thing I saw was scratches on the front of the arm. The box is flimsy and other than the thin paper wrapped around the chairs, there is absolutely no padding in the box. Horrible packaging. I'll contact customer service and see how they'll handle this issue. Update...Customer service was wonderful and sent me a replacement set. That box was delivered in worse shape than the first box. Contacted customer service again...I ended up taking the best of 8 chairs and the other four were returned at no cost to me and they even picked it up from my home. The chairs are well built, sturdy but light in weight. The armrests are real teak wood, beautiful and cool to the touch in the sun. The picture is right on with the color, they are taupe. My old folding 13 yr old untreated teak table reached its end, so I was only too happy to find this one to finally replace it. Good delivery and packing, one big flat square box, no damage. I was in love with the wood right out of the box, did not want to mess with it. It’s smooth, even all over, and solid. All we had to do was attach the legs. However, following other reviews and since it would be exposed all summer and possibly a rainy fall before I store it for winter, I treated it with a couple layers of teak oil. It still looks gorgeous after 3 weeks and I’m very happy with my purchase. I was eyeing some 1500-range teak tables on Wayfair that looked better in pictures, but decided on this one when I found it. Assembly was extremely easy, eight screws and done. It has a decent amount of weight but not heavy. The finish is smooth and it sits comfortably at 14 inches wide. We have a very long covered outdoor entrance and I have been looking for something to put in that space. Then I saw this bench, and although it’s a bit pricey, it’s worth it! Absolutely gorgeous! Love that I can store my journals pens and electronics and make this a charging station when I’m not using the table. A bit bummed that the table got a little snagged.
