It’s good and looks exactly as pictured. It wasn’t too difficult to put together, lots of parts but directions were simple. Only issue is pushingswinging on their own is a little tough or extra work. I think because, the chains hanging down are shortit’s not a tall swing set so just a lot of pushing to keep swinging. It went together pretty easily but it takes awhile. I want to say it took me about 12 hours to get it completely together. The instructions are easy to understand but some of the bolt sizes it says to use are not correct. There are a lot of 2-14” bolts and a lot of 2-12” bolts. However it tells you to use the 2-14” bolts in almost everything and you run out by the time you actually need the 2-14” bolts. I ended up going back and installing the longer 2-12” bolts in a lot of places where there is thicker lumber and called for the 2-14” bolts to be able to have enough 2-14” bolts to use where they were actually needed. Also I flipped the swing and slide so I could have the play set oriented the way I wanted in my yard. The directions don’t explain how to do that but it’s easy enough to figure out. If you have a heat gun use it to assemble the slide it’s super helpful. The whole thing is a bit smaller than I expected. It’s perfect for my daughter who just turned four but I was hoping this would be something she could use until she was maybe 8-10. I’m worried she will grow out of this sooner than I had hoped. let me put it to you this way, fantastic. Bought this for my two granddaughters and they simply went nuts over it. Swinging, climbing, sliding, gliding and just enjoying themselves to the nines. Especially in these troubling times and not knowing where is safe to go or what regulations or rules they have, this swing set in the backyard is truly a God send. And if proper care is taken, I do believe that it will be around for my great grandchildren. Now as to the the Go Configure folks that built it for me, they are worth every penny they charged. I decided to return this swingset due to serious safety concerns for my grandchild. For example, one page called for a part that was not in the specified box, and at the bottom of the page it said “hint look in this box for this part”…. We love scavenger hunts, but there is a time and a place. Also, there were not enough of certain screwsbolts, and too many of others. We had to go out and buy more. My grandkids are spoiled This play set is fantastic! Based on the other reviews, I was worried about the size but it is perfect! Four-sided with all kinds of activities, double slides (yes, they are a bit steep and fast but no ones complaining), a rock wall, swing set, monkey bars, an upper fort and a lower area with a serving window and bench.
