Works well, but there is a learning curve. Very well built, easy to put together. Don’t know about the burnt grease taste that everyone raves about. I use a water pan under my meat to prevent grease from falling into the coals or onto the diffuser. Came out great. I like the pellet smoker!!! Except it does not have the option to dump the fire box. To clean the ashes you are required to remove the grates and drip pan and remove ashes with a shop vac….. in my opinion that is a flaw and probably would not have bought it for that one reason.. I purchased this smoker for my husband. The first day we received it, he said he wanted to season it. The next day he smoked a piece of pork, the best pull pork I have ever tasted. Cold smoking creates a richer and more complex flavor than hot smoking. Until now, creating an effective cold smoker was complicated. The Bradley Cold Smoke Adaptor fits snugly between the smoke generator and smoking chamber and cools the smoke to the perfect temperature.
