This charcoal smoker has been a lot of fun. I have used it a couple of times - once with charcoal only once with charcoal wood pellets. Both turned out really good. Would definitely recommend pairing it with a chimney starter to help get the charcoal going. The only “knock” I have on this smoker is that it’s a little putsy to put together. Otherwise it’s been great!. Rebekah. Roseville, MN. Sun Dec 17 2023

It brings you a unique wood-fired flavor that a gas or charcoal grill cannot do. The automated electric feed system helps to maintain the heat and produce the optimal amount of smoke. It also allows you to set the temperature from 180°F to 450°F. Set it, leave the rest to the grill, no babysitting anymore. Wood-fired flavor without the work. The Z GRILLS ZPG-7002C gives you 697 sq in of total cooking space — a 504 sq in primary cooking grate plus a 193 sq in warming rack, across a working range of 180°F to 450°F. The temperature controller holds your set point instead of drifting, so a long smoke does not need babysitting and a sear does not need guessing. Running the primary grate and the warming rack together means a full cook and a hold zone at the same time — you are not pulling finished food off to make room. Full dimensions, materials and certifications are listed in the specifications table below.

He used the pellets that came with the smoker. Now I have to purchase more bags of them. I recommend the smoker and the pellets, great smoky taste but not over board. Where can I purchase more of the pellets? Rochelle. Rochelle. Tinton Falls, NJ. Mon Sep 26 2022
