This is a great product but unfortunately I did not receive the instructions when I received this product and Wayfair went above and beyond to try to get the instructions from the company that made this item but was unable to do so. Therefore, I am still trying to find a way to get the correct instructions so I can safely install this adorable hanging swing for my kids. Delivered quickly! Need better instructions with the lacing on the mat.. doesn’t tell you where to start and how to complete tie at end of lacing... need to make the umbrella to where you can position it at different levels to keep sun off your face... right now it’s not being used for the purpose.. it’s too high elevated... should be at least on a slant for shade coverage ...also when getting off chaise lounge... the bottom portion rocks down and you think you are going to fall over but it kinda stops...overall.. very nice chaise lounges... very comfortable ... like the turquoise color .. matches my other patio pieces by the pool...
