The table was exactly what I wanted. Easy to put together. Sturdy yet not so heavy that I can't move it back and forward. The only thing that should be mentioned is the table top Glares. We like the look of this table on our deck. The 54” added 6” to our previous seating capacity which we wanted without having to change the existing rug. The 4 rating is due to an obvious seam where the top halves meet; something I was wary of prior to buying. It took 45 minutes for my husband and me to put it together. Assembly took twenty minutes and one mild swear word—impressive for anything sold in a flat box. It holds six beers, a plate of lukewarm brats, and the quiet judgment of my neighbors without once sagging. The legs haven’t rusted, the top hasn’t splintered, and it hasn’t developed that one wobbly leg that makes every dinner feel like a negotiation. Honestly, it’s the most reliable thing in my yard. The lawn mower has quit twice this table just sits there, doing its job with the weary competence of a man who’s read the same newspaper for thirty years. Five stars.
