Putting it together wasnt difficult just meticulous for about 30 minutes. Would recommend to friends and family. Only thing I didnt realize until purchased was that the racks have to be removed and replaced each time if you want to use the top in between uses. The stainless steel table top will hold the included glass fire beads for a roaring fire but can become a table when the unit is not in use with the included lid and the wicker base looks great in any environment. Assembly takes less than 60 minutes and cleanup is quick and easy with a damp cloth. Adjustable floor glides provide a level surface so the fire burns evenly and the AAA battery for the igniter is included.

We love it, you can easily fit 8-10 people around it for a dinner. As far as heat output goes we found for a northern fall day in open air it doesn't really do much to warm people so consider a patio heater if you actually want heat.
