So I am leaving it and considering painting it after a couple of years to freshen it up, rather than right now when it's new. The little plastic sink unit is nice and easily comes out to fill and/or dump its contents. The drawer is nice for items you want near by but out of the weather. I wanted to use this more as a place to hold outdoor utensils, plates, etc. for our patio. This is truly more of a potting bench. It is not waterproof. I think water could get in pretty easily through the way the planks are constructed. It was easy to put together. It is a bit on the rustic side (drawers are clunky). It was a nice piece after getting built which would be alot easier if they would show more detailed instructions. Top or bottom or left or right side of pieces would help a lot. Got it built and seems sturdy enough although there are some imperfections. Mine had dimples in metal top that I cannot hide but not bad enough to repack and ask for another. (See Photos) I would probably purchase again. I have purchased from Wayfair before and they always try to correct any issues.
