I chose Polywood for no maintenance, heavyweight, and longevity. I assembled this myself. No issues. Best advice is to not tighten all the screws so you are able to move pieces a little while assembling. Then go through and tighten all when complete. Followed instructions. All hardware included. The set is great. Comfy. Good Looking. Fairly light weight. Seems like the Polywood will be very durable. Easy to put together. Each of the back pieces has 4 holes for screws, 2 on the bottom and 2 midway up. One complaint - one of the back pieces had a production defect. It had holes drilled on the top instead of the bottom. And there is only one way it can sit, so you could not flip it. So this piece only has screws screwed in on the bottom. One of the photos is the defect and one of the photos is correct. We purchased our POLYWOOD furniture 2. 5 years ago: Braxton sofa, 4 chairs, 2 ottomons, 3 side tables and the smaller coffee table in the Gray Slate and Grey Mist colors. The cushions are deep set and easy care! They are very comfortable and flippable. Sturdy frames with rust proof hardware. We’ve received countless compliments on these. We take our cushions inside for the winter, but leave our frames out on our patio which only has a roof. Weather up in the northern Lake Erie coastal area of Ohio can get harsh, but this furniture withstands it all. We don’t use covers and when rain reaches some of our cushions in the Spring, Summer and early Fall, it just dries quickly. This furniture is high quality, sturdy furniture. I am totally sold on it being made in the USA and the Polywood seems like it is pretty durable. The cushions seem to be great quality also, and it's very comfortable to sit on. I was shorted two screws with the hardware package.
