I ordered this for my twin grandchildren two plus years ago when they were 5 years old. They and neighbor kids still like playing on it and it has held up well - it still looks like new. Overall, this was a great buy for our family. It was a big family project to put it all together. The spider swing has had to be fixed multiple times where the bolts came out. I absolutely LOVE this swingset! I would highly recommend it. Quality is incredible and it looks beautiful. This comes in 3 large boxes of parts and a slide. It’s a great idea to lay out all of the wood parts organized by letter and I would also encourage you to lay out all of the hardware by number otherwise you end up looking for parts for quite a while. There are tons of pieces but it goes together really well. I used the Bilt app which is also amazing for when the steps aren’t very clear on the paper directions (you can also use the app to look at a 3D model of any step from any angle which is very helpful). I would also recommend having 2 drills or at least an extra drill battery. I worked on this project for about 16 hours total with help from my dad and husband when extra hands were needed.. Lia. let me put it to you this way, fantastic. Bought this for my two granddaughters and they simply went nuts over it. Swinging, climbing, sliding, gliding and just enjoying themselves to the nines. Especially in these troubling times and not knowing where is safe to go or what regulations or rules they have, this swing set in the backyard is truly a God send. And if proper care is taken, I do believe that it will be around for my great grandchildren. Now as to the the Go Configure folks that built it for me, they are worth every penny they charged. Would have taken me and my friends at least two days to have built this but these guys were pros at it. They were prompt, very professional and did excellent work. This playground is not safe for toddlers. I spent three hours putting it together, and my toddler(16 mo) has almost tipped the thing over a few times because it’s not even stable on flat ground. It is also very easy for a child to fall over the walking bridge because it’s not high enough, nor wide enough for them to walk through. We will be returning this item. For clarity….
