It was easy to put together with the exception of the top’s “picture frame” that took a little bit of thinking. The wood was pre-drilled and the engineering on this construction is delightful. The parts fits together very well with self-evident features (grooves) in the wood panels that serve as a helpful guide. It took about two hours to construct and it was helpful to have a helper to brace it. We used an electric drillscrewdriver, a socket wrench and a regular screwdriver. So I am leaving it and considering painting it after a couple of years to freshen it up, rather than right now when it's new. The little plastic sink unit is nice and easily comes out to fill and/or dump its contents. The drawer is nice for items you want near by but out of the weather. It was a nice piece after getting built which would be alot easier if they would show more detailed instructions. Top or bottom or left or right side of pieces would help a lot. Got it built and seems sturdy enough although there are some imperfections. Mine had dimples in metal top that I cannot hide but not bad enough to repack and ask for another. (See Photos) I would probably purchase again. I have purchased from Wayfair before and they always try to correct any issues. I love this sofa/chaise/daybed. It’s perfect. I paid to have someone come put it together but it’s only 8 screws. So glad I looked at it before they came.
