This hammocks design is so flawed it is unusable. The hammock when pulled tight enough to keep your back from hitting the bottom wooden arc is so tight at the edges it flips over. The metal bars that came to secure the wooden pieces together were bent and made putting this hammock together a nightmare. It’s multicolor with black wooden slat that looks nice, but the cotton weave stretches, and it has already started to fray. The order was delivered quickly. When I ordered the hammock I did not realize there was no stand. NP. Thought I would have to wait 5 days but it was delivered on Sunday to my surprise. I hoped to enjoy this hammock and expected that since it's made of cotton, it would be resilient, enveloping and comfortable. However, it is extremely small and narrow, so you have to balance your body in it or you will surely fall out. It does not have any give so it is not comfortable. And it does not envelop you because it is not wide enough. The color is far brighter on the photo than in person. My family LOVES this hammock. It is very strong and durable. The colors on the striped hammock are very cute and cheery. My only caution would be to pay close attention to the measurements. It is extremely long and may not even fit most rooms, unless it’s diagonal. I’m probably going to have to put it outside if I can’t rearrange some furniture to make it fit.
