While the set looks great, it was a  little disappointing. There were two levelers that didn’t survive shipping as the plastic caps separated from their screws, a handful of “synthetic wicker” that slipped out of the shipping carton makes me wonder how much more will fall off the product, and chipped powder coat and apparent rust spots make me wonder how many seasons will be the lifespan of the set. I bought these chairs and the matching loveseat For my rather small outdoor deck. I wanted something more comfortable so I could spend more time out there. The chairs seem very sturdy and well put together. They were easy to assemble. One chair had a loose strap, but the set comes with a repair kit that includes extra parts and it was easy to fix The color is good as seen in the photos and they are very comfortable, Low to the ground to accommodate shorter legs yet a deep seat for a larger person. This is definitely a nice set. The star of the show is the wicker. It’s pretty of course but also very nice quality with a nice pliability. It doesn’t look or feel cheap and plastic-y like some wicker (real and fake). 2 minor points that made me take off a star the first is that the back cushions, while comfortable, fall downblow away with high wind... a bit more so than other sets I’ve had. I may try to find a solution with either sewing or Velcro or something like that. The second point, and I more or less knew this going into the purchase, is that the backs are low. We’re all fairly small, and it’s still quite comfortable. Super easy to assemble and surprisingly comfortable to sit on when the cushions are in place! The surfaces of the leg rests and middle table are not really that sturdy-- I can put things on them, but there's a bit of give to the woven surface. This should’ve been an easy 5 stars. The quality is great for the price. The color is perfect and exactly like the pictures on site. But the assembly was one of the worst experiences ever. I am experienced at assembling furniture and this took three hours and a lot of choice words. One screw took twenty minutes because the wrench they give you is awful and the screws are all underneath. But if you have the patience it is a nice piece once you get it all together..
