Love the Green House but don"t ask how the shipping went - give it a 1 - missing boxes, had to re-order and then that started a whole other experience from HELL. then don't ask how their customer service went from there, TOTAL DISASTER. Gave a 4 star because the Green House is very nice and didn't want to ding it for other issues. Otherwise it would be a rating of a BIG FAT 0. Becky. TX. Mon Dec 29 2025

This has got to be the easiest and most convenient greenhousecoop adjacent thing ive ever had. And theres been a lot. Its as simple as pulling out the four sides and pushing upwards on the top until it clicked into place. I will admit that despite it being a metal frame, it still isnt very heavy which is great for portability and moving around but itll surely spread its metaphorical wings and soar away if you get high winds in your area so do consider securing it to the ground or weighing it down with brick or sand bags. ugly - brackets are on the front outside protective plastic stuck underneath frame and couldn't tear off clean used knife to cut off plastic - difficult to cut plastic but the cheap wood cuts like butter don't expect this to last long difficult to assemble - left and right side pieces not clearly marked door handle split and looks ugly if it wasn't so hard to repackage - would have returned. Complete garbage. Wood is thin & cracks as soon as you try assembling. I followed the very basic, pictorial directions and used all included hardware and before the frame was even assembled, the wood on all sides cracked and split where the screws were put in and the whole thing fell apart. I considered salvaging the wood and trying to just nail it together but it’s not worth putting more time into this. Horrible product. 0/5 stars.. Rob. Highland, MD. Mon Jun 03 2024

My love and I, anticipating the challenge, built this greenhouse together and we are so happy we did. It comes in 5 boxes weighing around 96 lbs each. We were very organized and it took around 3 days to build. We suggest you don't remove all materials from the boxes since the instructions tell you which box the part is in and it takes quite a bit of space to build each section. We did spread the screws, fasteners, etc out on 2 tables, which also helped with organization. We had never built anything before and it took patience, but it was well worth it and we love the quality of it!!. Julie. Stoneville, NC. Sun Jun 22 2025

My wife has been wanting a greenhouse for awhile now. I ordered the 9.5 x 14 foot one for the backyard. Delivery was fast and it comes in three big boxes. One box came on one day and the other two came the following day. Assembly is easier if you lay out all the parts. One of the boxes has all of the plastic sheeting for the walls and ceiling. The other two contain all the metal parts for the base, frame and hardware. Tools are included for assembly, but I highly recommend a power drilldriver to speed up assembly. Assemble was time consuming, but not not super complex if you follow the directions and don’t try to rush it. There are some parts of the assembly that does require two people. My son helped with constructing the base and the wall and ceiling frames. The rest I did alone over a three day period for 2-3 hours a day. The greenhouse is massive and has plenty of room. I was surprised at how all the pieces fit snug like a glove. I am happy with the quality of the materials and my wife loves her new greenhouse.. Scott. US. Sat Dec 09 2023
