The shed is really nice and big. I took the guy three days to put it together, but he also didn’t spend the entire day on it. It has sliding doors and you’re able to put a lock on it. As we were building it, I realized that it is well designed. All those thin pieces of metal connect together and support each other to make a very sturdy little shed. We really like this shed now that it’s finally put together! It’s spacious, looks great, and gives us plenty of room for storage. That being said, assembly is definitely a project. I would plan on at least two days to get it completely put together. Some parts of the instructions were easy to follow, while others left us scratching our heads a bit. We’re very happy with the finished product and glad we purchased it—but would we ever volunteer to put another one together Absolutely not! Here is my review of the Patiowell 8x8 Resin Storage Shed. First, Wayfair made the entire purchasing process seamless. Their website was easy to navigate, customer service was professional, and the FedEx deliveries (which arrived in two separate shipments) were handled quickly and efficiently. The shed arrived in five large boxes, and the FedEx delivery driver handled everything with care by placing the boxes neatly in the driveway. I was impressed with the thoughtful packaging. The components were securely protected with layers of Styrofoam, cardboard, and plastic straps to prevent damage during shipping. The shed itself feels sturdy, durable, and solid. Once all of the parts were organized, the instructions became easy to follow during construction. This project definitely requires two people, as many sections need to be assembled on the ground and then lifted into place. Once the base floor is completed, the rest of the build flows together step-by-step, including the walls, frame, roof, and doors. For tools and preparation, I highly recommend having a cordless drill, painter’s tape, extra bolts, and caulking for sealing the seams. Overall, assembling the shed was challenging and took about six hours to complete. Patience, organization, and a few extra supplies are essential for a smooth installation. It's certainly lighter weight, smaller than I imagined. Maybe I chose the wrong one. The metal is thin. It has a floor FRAME, but bare bottom. I'm putting mine on concrete for garden tools, and storage so I attached a sub floor wood panel, cut to size, attached to the floor frame, with bearing 360 wheels just in case I need to move it for any reason. It Arrived with damage to all panels, in the exact same panel area.UPDATE....ALMOST ALL OTHER PARTS WERE SCRAPED, SCRATCHED. I IMAGINE THIS WAS DUE TO THE RAW EDGED WOOD PIECES USED FOR SHIPPING/PACKAGING!! Who does this??? Area around holes for screws were scratched up. As if it had been assembled before. Overall this shed is extremely good for the price. The assembly took a good bit for two of us to put it together. The instructions can be a little difficult to understand at times so really pay attention to what the picture shows. The interior is huge! The headroom is great. Can easily stand up straight and have room to spare. The design has the windows caddie corner from each other, but I didn’t want one facing the house and it was simple to cut the notches for the trusses to fit into. If you want a good shed. This Balconera shed with window is ok. It is very thin metal, including the frame. If they would just use a heavier gage metal for the frame I think it would make it a five star for the price.
