We bought this fillet table for our dad for Father’s Day, and it has worked wonderfully! We have been able to fillet the fish right on the table without the knife scratching up the plastic, and it is extremely easy to clean up when we’re done. It’s great to be able to adjust it up or down depending on who is filleting and if they are sitting or not; and nice to be able to fold it up and store it away when it’s not in use. 10/10 would recommend—so much easier than filleting on a cutting board!.
