The steel frame undergoes e-coating and powder-coating treatments that protect against rust while standing up to outdoor weather. Thick seat cushions feature a three-layer high-density sponge padding for deep comfort, while the specialized fabric surface repels water, oil, and stains. Each chair delivers a smooth 15° gentle rocking motion and a full 360° swivel capability for easy rotation during conversations. This is a great patio dining set! It was easy to assemble, although you'll want to use a drill and socket set if you have them. The back cushions will be wrinkled upon assembling but go away quickly in the humidity or you can use a steamer, and the table legs have adjustable screw caps on the bottoms to help level it from wobbling. I deducted 1 star because the screws are cheap and impossible to get out once fastened and the metal is easily scratched. They should have used hex head bolts, but they're round-headed, easily strippable allen bolts. Not sure about rust, so I'll be treating it since I like to rinse off my patio furniture.. Hannah. It looks great! Sturdy and sleek. The directions were sketches and clear to understand. All pieces were well marked! It took us several hours to finish putting it together mostly because we don't often construct things.
