There are simply no words to describe how utterly dissatisfied I am with this trampoline, Wayfair, and Angi. The netting keeps coming apart, and I don't know if it is due to poor quality or failure to properly assemble. The lights have never worked and do not look anything like what it on the picture. The ladder is unsturdy and of poor quality. I ordered three different trampolines, and this was the only one that was a complete trampoline. Amgi's services were horrible. They first changed the appointment at the last time. The second started assembling the wrong trampoline, as I had several boxes delivered. I could not return the trampoline once it had been opened and parts removed. Once they assembled the correct one, they failed to install the lights and left pieces in the box. I havent finished assembling because I made an early mistake. I didnt know to align the fabric portion to the holes for the poles so I have to undo it all and havent had time for that yet. It feels very sturdy and is as advertised but i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the directions couls be a little more clearer to prevent errors like I experienced and also the poles are oddly difficult to put together.
