While the set looks great, it was a  little disappointing. There were two levelers that didn’t survive shipping as the plastic caps separated from their screws, a handful of “synthetic wicker” that slipped out of the shipping carton makes me wonder how much more will fall off the product, and chipped powder coat and apparent rust spots make me wonder how many seasons will be the lifespan of the set. The cushion are very thin. The set looks great and took about two hours for a single person from unboxing to cleanup. Directions were sufficient and parts went together well.. Jenny. Wellington, FL. When it needs a refresh, it's a cinch to unzip the cushion covers and toss them into the washing machine.

This is definitely a nice set. The star of the show is the wicker. It’s pretty of course but also very nice quality with a nice pliability. It doesn’t look or feel cheap and plastic-y like some wicker (real and fake). 2 minor points that made me take off a star the first is that the back cushions, while comfortable, fall downblow away with high wind... a bit more so than other sets I’ve had. I may try to find a solution with either sewing or Velcro or something like that. The second point, and I more or less knew this going into the purchase, is that the backs are low. We’re all fairly small, and it’s still quite comfortable. And it’s also a nice look to have the lower profile... but in the end I probably lean toward liking higher backs in terms of overall comfort.. Michelle. Oklahoma City, OK. Sun Mar 21 2021
