Excellent heavy duty shade sail!. The continuous wire and heavy duty corner brackets make it vey strong and will no doubt last. LOVE this square, brown, Royal Shade Sail! It looks alot nicer than the beige one I had hanging and should hide the water runoff that created a type of mildew appearance on that lighter one. Why didnt I buy this shade sail earlier I cannot believe how much it has cooled our pool and how much more comfortable we are when we are outside. My 26 yr-old son even commented about how surprised he was when he got in the water today to escape the 96 degree temperature. He was surprised that the water felt cool instead of like a sauna! This shade sail is perfect for lowering the temperature in the pool. The water was 94° and not conducive to swimming. The day the shade sail was installed, the water temperature dropped to a refreshing 84° with the same high temperature in the high 90s.The pool can now be enjoyed all day. With UV indexes high every day here in Georgia (could not get the address listed to change) a portion of the pool is shaded all day. this is a replacement for an older shade. Found the eyelets to be superior in this Royal unit but have not had time to install but from inspection the stitching is the key. First , I want to clarify that this product does not come with a kit. If you're expecting installation accessories, be sure to purchase them separately. I overlooked this detail when ordering, so I want to highlight it for anyone considering this shade sail. That being said, the tarp itself is excellent. It is true to size, made from heavy-duty, durable material that feels built to last. The waterproof polyester with PU coating does a great job of blocking both water and UV rays. I live in Sunny South Florida, where the sun can be intense, and the dark color helps significantly in reducing heat and glare, making my outdoor space much more comfortable. I did notice that the actual color differs slightly from the product images. Overall, if you're looking for a sturdy and reliable outdoor tarp, this one delivers.
