Screw in 4 adjustable feet and route the hose through a bracket. Everything else is spot welded. It feels really solid. There's a nice, even finish that's quite attractive in person. It puts out an adjustable amount of heat that isn't smokey like a traditional fire pit. It's nice to sit around and have some drinks with company. My only advice would be to unbox it where you intend to use it, as moving it around can be a bit cumbersome. Also, open the box upside-down, as that's where all the boxes are zip tied.. Looks nice and puts off decent heat. It was a darker than it looks in the photo (a very dark brown), so it doesn't match our furniture as well as we thought it would. It makes a constant buzzing/humming sound when we turn it on that is annoying. I'm not sure if it is supposed to do that, or if we got one with issues... It is an attractive firepit but the material is more flimsy than I would like. Some of the screw holes didn't line up either which was a pain. The fire pan also didn't screw down.
