It’s beautiful. BUT. The manufacturing is what I would call “loose.” The holes are punched a little wonky, things don’t line up. Good thing it’s flexible because it’s necessary. Damaged twice while in transit. Waited 5 weeks for a replacement each time. Cushions are only sort of comfy.. Merrilee. Renton, WA. Mon Apr 28 2025

I had a problem with my order but I'm still giving this 5 stars because of the exceptional customer service. My first couch was flawed and was not useable. Customer service was super nice and quick to replace the couch and even let me keep the old one in case I could find a way to use it. The second was great though! Very pretty and comfortable. Easy to assemble. Cushions and pillows seem to be of good quality. The metal part doesn’t seem to be as high quality but good enough for my balcony patio. If you look closely it doesn’t seem to be a super high end product but I’m happy with it for what I neededwanted.. Ana. Mclean, VA. Tue Jul 06 2021
