They are nice looking and fairly sturdy, although they fell over in a windstorm, despite the metal stakes that come with them. The biggest problem is that I think the reddish brown color just does not exist. I got what looks like the brown color. The boxes say reddish brown, but that is clearly not what they are. I saw reviews elsewhere that said the same thing. I paid more for the color I wanted and didnt get it. Easy to put together but I would prefer either stainless or matching hardware versus the zinc that was provided. Rustic split bamboo slat fences have been used for centuries in many regions of the world where bamboo is available. Let me start by saying that these are VERY nice privacy screens! They came quickly and were packaged very well. The color is stunning and they are HEAVY. I expect them to last for a VERY long time. However, if you live anywhere that has wind or sand for your ground, then the stakes that are sent with it are grossly inadequate! We live in Florida and we have only sand and LOTS of wind. So, we had to go buy rebar and bolts/screws to make sure they stayed in the ground. I spent an additional 30.00 to make it work. Also, please note that in the instructions it tells you to use "screw H" but there is no "H". Go through the list of items in front of the instruction booklet before starting to assemble so that you can make sure you know which pieces are which. There are also over 60 screws to put in, so a small drill or socket wrench will save you a LOT of time and trouble.
