Mailbox was very simple to install since I was replacing an existing mailbox that had the 4” x 4” post already in place. The mailbox looks good but is entirely made of plastic. Hoping that helps it to last in the Michigan weather. Does not come with numbers so order those separately. Adds positively to the curb appeal of our house.. Patricia. MI. Fri Jun 19 2026

We received the paper boxes first the post part came quite a few days later. (The mailboxes are another separate purchase they are not included as stated.) They are sturdy and are quality, not thin plastic. My husband is handy so it wasn't hard for him to install. They look beautiful. We purchased the double since the neighbors box is in our yard. These posts are handcrafted by the Amish with great quality and attention to detail. It’s the perfect balance of function and style. Quality is built to stand strong and sturdy through the seasons.

I searched extensively for a non-wood product that actually looked like real wood and was substantial. This is it. Installation was a breeze if you’re handy with a drill and saw. We used our old 3x3 mail post (with the mailbox support removed) and this post slid right over it. Saved us the step of having to sink a new post into cement, which was huge. This post gets screwed to the underlying support post so it’s completely stable when finished. Can’t recommend it enough.. Tina. New York, NY. Mon Feb 24 2025

These posts are made of a cellular PVC - vinyl and handcrafted with great quality and attention to detail. It’s the perfect balance of function and style. The best mailbox post I’ve found during a 2 month arduous search for a high quality piece. Most of the decorative posts I came across in my search were as thin as a milk jug, but not this one. It’s made from a solid PPE-vinyl material that’s evenly colored the same throughout its thickness. (I had to trim 38” from the mailbox mounting plate, so I saw for myself. I included a picture of the scrap piece). It’s SUPER sturdy, has a smooth surface, and cleaning requires a damp cloth, a spray of all purpose cleaner at worst. It’s also beautiful in person…I especially like the little brass plaque with the company name! I chose to have that side showing above the mailbox so the mailman sees every day lol. I think it adds a nice personal touch that other brands don’t bother with. The other ones I found of this quality were several hundred dollars more, and many of them were simply coated or painted wood, needing annual touch up and maintenance. Many were also made to order, and required a 6-8 week wait and 200-250 shipping). ***Tip the instructions state that two bags of concrete are needed, but I found that it only needed one, like every other post I’ve installed. In my opinion, one can save themselves the money and backache by using one bag of quick setting. (QuikCrete sells it in the red bag). Don’t forget that you’ll need a few inches of gravel underneath the concrete for drainage. There are plenty of YouTube videos on post installations.) All three of my neighbors commented on how great it looks, and I just installed it yesterday! of concrete. Jimmy (homeowner). Frontenac, MO. Sat Jul 13 2024

Looks absolutely gorgeous, but the arms could be a little less flimsy. The top of the arms have wood in them but the rest is just hollow pvc so it’s a little flimsy. You guys could solve that by filling them with some sort of plastic resin.. Anonymous. Sat Oct 24 2026
