This tent is easy to set up. However, the netting did not fit well and could not be secured to the poles very well. I gave it 5 stars only because the tent itself was so easy to set up and had plenty of height. The covered tent space itself measures 10' x 10'. The extended top edges are what makes it 12' x 12'..
