Nice swing overall. Wish the back cushion covered a larger area. Should chose if supported is needed at neck or head, not both. It’s little uncomfortable to sit longer. It’s hard to tell from this picture but the egg shape is half wicker and half rope. That was a surprise but it doesn’t look that bad, it definitely makes the chair look cheaper but then again it’s more unique this way. I’m only 5 feet tall so I have to hop into it but it’s very comfortable and I added a couple of my own pillows. Eventually I will probably replace the cushion in this because although it’s comfortable, it’s a cheap material, like a rayon or polyester and it has a sheen that a cheap cushion tends to have. But, the canopy works to offer some Protection and that was the main reason why I got this and I do not regret my purchase. I would recommend this to my friends and I’m very happy with it!. Wendy. This chair is an absolute must for a backyard. It has plenty of room to sit comfortably and the neck pillow is just perfect for me to rest on. Every single time I'm in it I want to go to sleep. I did have a problem with one of them. The bottom part would not connect to the upper and the chair was useless. I was supposed to get a replacement part but it never came. I had to call and was told the company canceled my order but I was never notified. So a whole new chair was going to ship out to me but once again it was sold out. I needed 2 chairs so I ended ordering the gray one causing me now to no longer having match chairs. Even with the small incident I still give it a 5 stars due to it being such a comfortable chair. This is a great product but unfortunately I did not receive the instructions when I received this product and Wayfair went above and beyond to try to get the instructions from the company that made this item but was unable to do so. Therefore, I am still trying to find a way to get the correct instructions so I can safely install this adorable hanging swing for my kids.
