The arbor is beautiful and strong. I gave it 4 stars because there is an issue. The lattice is made of very thin cedar (less than 1/4 of an inch) and it is stapled together. A few or the staples came loose during assembly and will need to be redone. I am considering adding stronger cedar boards on the sides to strengthen it. At this price point, I think the manufacturer should have used stronger wood for the lattice. There were also a few bumps and marks, but these were minor. Overall it seems well made and easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The one question about when the arbor could be painted was answered by the company very promptly. The only negative was that two of the 4" lag screws used to attach the top of the arbor to the sides sheared in half while being "manually" screwed in with a hex screw driver. Had to get replacement bolts to finish putting it together. Strongly suggest you get some extra hardware and return to the store if not needed. Very happy so far ( 2days) with the final product.. We added wooden boards behind the wooden wedding arch to form a triangle as a support which helps it be more sturdy. Add two hypotenuse wooden boards at the bottom and fix them with vertical screws to prevent them from shaking. We also added four U-shaped iron ground nails, making it more stable when using the wooden arch backdrop outdoors.

The Leisure season garden arbor makes for a fantastic addition to any garden that requires functional value without compromising on aesthetic appeal. It has a minimal and practical structural design that makes efficient use of space and is pleasing to look at. It has a gorgeous and attractive build that has a unique visual charm. This arbor is made from premium quality solid wood that serves to provide it with lasting durability and excellent stability. The garden arbor from the Leisure season is brown in color. It is resistant to mildew and rot, making it well-equipped for its outdoor role.

This product would easily be a 5 star product if it had been shipped in protective foam (it came cracked in 4 places) and if the pre drilled holes were actually pre drilled. It was too much of a hassle to ship back so i accepted a partial refund and kept it. That said it’s only half assembled because of the missing pre-drilled holes. Given the cracks in it I won’t be shocked if it doesn’t survive a heavy wind storm. THAT said, the product is beautiful so i only took off the 1 star even though it was tempting to take off 2 stars. I really like this garden arbor/pergola trellis. It is a pretty good size and it is reasonably stable. I think it will hold in strong winds because it will allow for movement that should against mitigate breaking. It was relatively easy for my husband to assemble.
