The post and mailbox are well made and were delivered with no damage. My husband installed the post over an existing 4X4 wooden post from a previous post. I just wish the mailbox was larger. I was sceptical at first, thinking this could be too big of a job for me. But, with the instructions that came with product and an online tutorial on their site, I was able to install this with ease. Looks great and was fairly easy to assemble because we slid it over our existing wood post. I did have to glue the top piece on because it just sat on the top without clicking into place.
