45+ Inches Smokers

This product is the perfect combination of the smoker, BBQ, and grill for the smoker enthusiast with the space to cook for large groups. This product gives the outdoor chef complete control over their smoked food via fire access doors, air dampers, and a location for flavored wood chips this three-in-one smoker, barbecue, and grill has a whopping 738 sq. in. of cooking space over 3 different cooking grates - that's more than enough space to cook for a party of 8 or more! The separate firebox chamber is what makes this a "smoker" - connected to the side of the main chamber, the firebox is a smaller chamber where you burn your charcoal or wood fuel. A small hole connecting the 2 chambers allows heat, smoke, and flavor from inside the firebox to enter the main chamber and indirectly cook your meal to a juicy, smoky, and tender perfection. The main grill chamber features a 254 sq. inch cooking area in addition to a 738 sq. inch surface in the firebox chamber, adding up to over 900 sq. inches of space to indirectly cook your meat, vegetables, and anything else you're serving. However, if you would like to directly grill some or all of your meal, this product doesn't disappoint located in the firebox chamber on an adjustable-height porcelain-coated wire, which is enough to directly cook a lot! Cook in one chamber, or in both - the choice is yours and the chrome-plated spring handles on both lids will remain cool to the touch even when the fire is lit. Using the temperature gauge, you can easily control the heat you cook by raising or lowering the charcoal grate in the firebox or by adjusting the dampers inside the main chamber's smokestack. The dampers control how much heat and smoke escape through the smokestack the more smoke is trapped inside of the chamber, the hotter and smokier your food will get. A side clean-out door on the firebox makes for hassle-free ash removal and fire-tending, and a spacious storage shelf under the unit will hold all your grilling accessories so you are always ready to light up. As with all grills, this product recommends keeping the firebox clean to help avoid flare-ups as well as using a grill cover to protect your investment.

It could use a few improvements. 1- door seals. 2- latches for the firebox. 3- more vent holes. 4- The outside shelf expanded metal is super thin and not completely welded. The overall setup and quality pretty is good. Other than those minor issues that are easily corrected by the end user for the price point you can't beat it for an upright offset smoker.. Jeremy. FL. Overall, product is great! Love the design of the grill, however the quality can use improvement. This is the sole reason why we are giving 4 Stars. The product is super sensitive, immediately after opening product, had a few pieces shuffle around and right after big scratches were made on the product. Also, on the very first try of burning wood, the paint started to peel off on the right side part of the grill where we apply wood. They can definitely work on making these grill more durable.. Jose. Charcoal enthusiasts, take heart! With this Dyna-Glo vertical offset smoker, you can now smoke your favorite foods with a fuel source, charcoal! Vertical smokers are ideal for capturing the maximum smoke flavor, so we've included 6 height-adjustable cooking grates, with a total of 1,890 square inches of cooking space, to accommodate different sizes and types of food. The pre-installed door seal helps retain heat and minimizes smoke loss for improved cooking efficiency. Since indirect heat is ideal for slow cooking (and infusing smoke flavor), the offset functionality of this smoker is designed to keep direct heat away from the food, which helps to prevent food on the bottom racks from cooking too fast. The porcelain enameled charcoal chamber is designed to keep briquettes stacked tightly for improved burn efficiency. The removable, steel ash pan is designed to handle large amounts of ash for hours of maintenance-free cooking.

After graduating from an inexpensive charcoal smoker, then to an inexpensive propane smoker, I finally splurged for this electric smoker. Wow - what a difference! Finally my brisket came out fantastic! This smoker is very roomy, easy to clean and easy to use. My only complaint - the bluetooth range is not very far, so I can't use it when I'm in the house on the couch :(. Mrachael8277. Jackson, NJ. Fri Jan 15 2021
