This seating group is working well for us now that the early issue has been resolved. It is solid and comfortable. We enjoy entertaining groups and now we can all sit together. We assembled ourselves, but I think it would be worth paying the extra fee to have someone else do it; it is tedious. Our issue was that the fabric kept melting when we first installed it. We called customer service and they were great and quickly arranged for new cushions to be sent, noting that they have a new, better material. In the meantime, we flipped the cushions and the same issue happened and more pillows/cushions were affected. Once again, customer service was helpful. We even noticed the side of the firepit was melting. We eventually moved the whole unit to another place on our deck and it stopped. Very strange, but we believe that sunlight was reflecting off one of the house windows and creating intense heat. I assume this is a one off situation. We have had the new cushions and pillows in the new location for 2 months now and no issue.. John. Minneapolis, MN. Wed Sep 30 2026

The deep seats feature weather-resistant cushions with zipper closures, allowing you to easily refresh your seating space whenever needed. The included table features a resin top that provides ample surface space for snacks and drinks. Plus, the integrated swivel bases let you effortlessly shift positions to keep the conversation flowing.

I love this, I use it indoors in my living room It is nice and long, deep enough to sit on but because of th construction takes up no extra room in length or depth, and wipes clean. Is lightweight to move around. One star off because the cushions slide apart and are not that comfortable sitting a long time like to watch a couple movies. After many experiments I fixed by adding extra foam mattress underneath the cushions which also prevents cushions slipping apart. I was disappointed that the zippers aren't long enough to actually remove the cushions from the covers to machine wash them, which was my intention purchasing this. Overall met my nerds though and I like the garden room appearance in my home. Supports us tall heavy people.. Sea. NJ. Sun Jun 14 2026

With its wide armrests and generous seating layout, the set offers both comfort and everyday convenience while keeping your outdoor space open, organized, and inviting. I bought this outdoor seating set because it’s flexible. You a separate the pieces if you’d prefer smaller seating areas. I also love the wide arm rests. They’re wide enough that you can rest. Plate of food, your drink or more importantly, a book! That rattan is sturdy and holds up well in our New England weather. I can’t say enough positive things bout the cushions. Repels water, if you spill something or it’s rained on the water just puddles and runs off. The cushions are thick and comfy. The back cushions have a zipper so I can take them off to be washed. There’s also ties on the back cushions that allow you to tie them into place, no slipping! The bottom cushions sty in place with Velcro tabs, again no slipping. Genius idea!. Christine. Andover, VT. A little expensive for this outdoor sectional even on sale. However we decided to go with navy color after reading the reviews of grey getting dirty easily. It took a few cushions a few days to pop up. We needed 2 areas to fill our outdoor deck so this sectional broke into 2 nice sofas one 5-6 seater the other a 3 seater. It worked out well. My biggest complaint is we are on the taller side 6ft-5 7 this sectional seems very short in height. I didnt like the sectional doesnt come with clips so we had to use zip ties to prevent the sectional from moving or coming out of place. Overall for the money spent covering 2 areas it looks nice. I would take this metal framed sectional over any rattan patio set. Its a decent patio set better if you get it on sale.. Adriana. Bonita, CA. Sat Sep 26 2026

Seems like a nice set. Very pretty. Haven’t been able to put it all together since some pieces were damaged. A little bit of a pain to put together with the supplied tools. Submitted for replacement pieces. Will see once manufacturer responds.. Lisa. US. Tue Sep 08 2026
