I’m unsatisfied with this product. After the sliding bench arrived and the first assembly guy unpacked the box we discovered a very noticeable split in the composite wood front slate. It should have never been packed and shipped. I immediately contacted Wayfair and had a replacement part sent. When the replacement part arrived the second assembly guy discovered two other parts were cracked or split. Consequently, I immediately recontacted Wayfair while the assembly guy was present and asked for a refund. This is an inferior product. *WARNING *Don’t purchase this product! I wasted my time. Wayfair extended me a $20 gift card. Finally, the last assembly guy completed the assembly to his credit even though several of the screw holes did not match up.. Cornes. Chicago, IL. These are decent chairs. Ive had them a few weeks, now. One was very easy to put together, but the other was not. As other reviews have noted, holes arent always exactly lined up, which is a pain. But I did get both put together by myself. The easy one took only took about 15 minutes, including unpacking. A few weeks in and I have had to tighten some screws, and one of the chairs squeeks, but I cant figure out from what. And one of the screws wont tighten at all (but thats not where the squeek is). But overall, for the price I paid, they are decent rocking chairs and they look good on my front porch.. Lea. Cincinnati, OH. Sun Aug 16 2026

This rocking chair is very oversized and has a really nice, fluffy cushion. The assembly directions weren’t as clear as some of the other Wayfair items I’ve purchased, and the bolts weren’t labeled. The pictures of the bolts also didn’t match the actual ones, which made assembly a little confusing. That being said, the chair is surprisingly comfortable! My only complaint is that the cushion makes the chair pretty hot, so if you tend to get warm easily, you may want to consider something else. I think these chairs will be great once the weather cools down. Overall, I’m happy with them and would recommend them.. Anonymous. Sun Aug 30 2026
