I was holding off on reviewing this one until we had a chance to use it. With big brands out there competing for who can keep things the coldest, I have to say Im actually impressed by how well it worked. Its also a Gods send on my back! The little features like side shelves, internal shelves for making drinks, bottle opener etc are fantastic! I also really loved the ability to split the cooler in half with a divider panel. It allowed me to organize which drinks were kid friendly and which were not. The design is modern and it was very easy to assemble. My only critique is everyone who approached this initially was confused on how to open it (center front there are two indentations near the middle for your fingers to lift the top covers) and kept ripping the front bar off. I love the metal cooler from Foster and Rye! It’s first outing, I used it to hold snacks on a ten-hour round trip car trip with an overnight stay. The lid seals tightly when locked into place making sure the cold stays inside. When I got home, I still had quite a bit of ice left. I was impressed. It has a unique rigid no-skid hard base with hook & loop fasteners to eliminate sliding. The organizer sides and dividers are also rigid for stability when loaded. It’s constructed of reinforced 600 denier poly canvas with waterproof backing so spills will just bead up, easy to clean. It has sturdy side handles to carry when loaded plus multiple outer pockets. The three included dividers can be secured anywhere in the organizer for infinitely variable section sizes. The removable cooler has a 28 cans capacity with ice (using a 2:1 ratio of ice to cans) is heavily insulated with a food safe, water tight lining and top handle. Like it, don’t love it. Pros arrived quickly and packaged well. Instructions are super easy to follow and installation was also very easy. Only tricky part was attaching the top to the bottom. It looks like it has a good capacity and I do really like that the divider can be removed if desired. Cons the wheels, while sturdy and two have a locking feature, they don’t really do much to keep it from rolling when it is locked. I’m hoping when it’s in use it’ll be heavier making the locking features work better. I also don’t like the swing out shelves on the sides. Everything is completely plastic. The first time I lifted it up one popped off. I also don’t trust that it can hold anything heavy.
