Customers praise the product for its durability and sturdiness, noting it is a well-constructed and solid piece for children. The user experience is highly positive, with kids thoroughly enjoying it as both a rocking boat and steps. However, some customers found the size to be a bit smaller than anticipated, though still suitable for young children.
