Customers appreciate the attractive appearance and modern design of this product, noting it is a beautiful and pretty fixture. Installation is generally considered easy, though precise waste pipe height is crucial to prevent leaks. Some users found the design to be a good space-saving solution, particularly for narrow bathrooms. However, functional issues such as splashing during flushing and the bowl not cleaning properly have been reported. Additionally, one review mentioned the product's compatibility is limited to a specific in-wall tank system, which was not clearly stated.
