Customers find the product visually appealing, with many praising its appearance and ease of assembly, with some units arriving fully assembled. However, there are significant concerns regarding comfort, as users frequently report feeling the frame through the cushions, especially when sitting upright. The cushions also tend to slide, requiring constant readjustment. Durability and quality are also points of contention, with some reviewers noting weak wicker and straps that rip easily, leading to disappointment with the product's longevity.
