Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, excellent comfort, and sturdy design. The furniture is generally considered well-made, functional, and visually appealing for outdoor spaces. However, customers have mixed opinions about assembly and durability, noting that setup can be challenging with misaligned holes and that some parts may lack long-term sturdiness.
