Customers praise the product's attractive appearance and comfortable design, noting that it is easy to assemble and offers good quality for the price. However, opinions are mixed regarding durability, with some users reporting issues with wood drying out or fading, while others find it holds up well to the elements. The cushions are frequently described as having a yellow undertone rather than being pure white, and some customers found them to be less thick than expected.
