Customers find the product's appearance to be beautiful and gorgeous, with many appreciating its natural stone look and color variations. The quality is generally considered good, with some noting it is thick and well-made. However, there are mixed opinions regarding packaging, with some receiving well-packaged items while others experienced significant damage due to poor packing. The condition of the tiles upon arrival is also a concern, with frequent reports of chipped or broken pieces.
