Customers praise the product's attractive appearance and vibrant color options, noting it enhances decor both indoors and outdoors. The sturdiness and quality construction are frequently highlighted, with many reviewers finding it durable and well-made. The comfort it provides as a footrest or extra seating is also a significant positive aspect. However, some customers mention that the product can be a bit small or hard, and a few have noted a chemical smell upon arrival.
