Customers generally find the product to be a good size for deliveries and appreciate its weather resistance, with some noting its functionality and attractive appearance. However, opinions on the material are mixed, with some finding it strong and waterproof, while others consider it to be of minimum quality for the price. Durability is also a point of contention, with some reviews suggesting it holds up well to the elements, while others express concerns about the cheap hinges and lock hasp. Assembly is noted as being difficult and time-consuming.
