Customers praise the chairs for their high comfort, attractive appearance, and sturdy construction. They are described as solid, stylish, and great for outdoor spaces. However, customers have mixed opinions about assembly, noting that the instructions can be vague and putting the pieces together takes time due to numerous screws.
