Customers find the product to be beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, with many appreciating its appearance and design. However, there are significant concerns regarding completeness, as the product is often sold without essential components like a pump or basin, leading to additional costs and inconvenience. Functionality is also a point of contention, with some users experiencing difficulties in setup and consistent operation, requiring extra effort to ensure proper performance.
