Customers praise the product for its heavy weight, solid sturdiness, and attractive appearance that complements patio decor. It functions well to hold umbrellas securely, especially when used with a patio table. However, customers have mixed opinions about its stability, with several reviewers noting that it can be too light or prone to tipping and wobbling in stronger winds when used freestanding.
