Customers find the product to be very comfortable and appreciate its attractive appearance and color. The sturdiness of the chairs is frequently praised, with many noting their solid construction. However, assembly is a common point of concern, with several reviewers describing it as challenging, difficult, or a "bear," often requiring power drills and clear instructions. Some found the assembly process to be time-consuming.
