Customers find the product to be of high quality and very durable, with many noting its sturdiness and ability to withstand various weather conditions. Assembly is generally considered easy, though some reviewers mention it can be challenging due to the materials requiring strong hands or specific tools. Comfort is frequently praised, with many finding the product comfortable even without cushions, though some suggest cushions enhance the experience. A common point of feedback is that the armrests are lower than expected and may be less functional.
