Customers are highly satisfied with the product's appearance, quality, design, style, and size. Reviewers frequently describe the item as cute, well-made, and unique, exceeding expectations. The design is appreciated, with some noting specific details like leaf patterns. The size is generally considered good, with one review mentioning it is a couple of feet tall. However, one customer expressed disappointment with the quality relative to the high price, and another noted a potential tipping issue due to the tail's weight, suggesting a design modification for better stability.
