Customers find this outdoor seating group to be comfortable and stylish, with a modern appearance. The product is generally praised for its quality and sturdiness, and assembly is frequently described as easy. However, a common concern is that the cushions do not stay in place and lack attachment ties, which can be an issue in windy conditions.
