Customers find the product to be of good quality with excellent carving, and its appearance is often described as prettier than pictured. However, some reviewers express dissatisfaction with the value, citing issues with unfinished areas, clunky drawers, and overall quality not justifying the price. There are also concerns about the material quality, with some describing it as comparable to cheap particle board.
