Customers appreciate the product's attractive and realistic appearance, noting it looks great with succulents and has a rustic charm. However, the product is heavy, which some customers found challenging for wall mounting. A significant concern is the lack of drainage holes, impacting its functionality as a wall planter and leading to mixed opinions on its value.
